What does that word even mean anymore? What does normal or typical mean?
While it technically means "with no special or distinctive features; normal." but, i think in
society it has a much more complicated role. (kinda ironic imo)
I don't believe in it.
Everyone is weird or unusual, the difference is how much we can and want to hide it.
And i hate that role.
I don't feel normal.
But I don't feel special either.
I don't think i have went through enough to be special but I still have been through stuff... I have a good relationship with my parents, which while it might seem normal it has been less and less common in todays world.
I also technically have "weird/nerdy kid interests"
But that won't mean anything in the future, it's such a drag to have these labels that change by the second. It's the same as "beautiful", "cool" or any other subjective adjective that will change in the next year or two.
Why even bother if it's not gonna last? Personalities and appearances just becoming fast fashion.
What's the point of being normal if it takes so much effort to keep up. Wouldn't it just be easier for us as a society to just get rid of it and accept everyone that isn't doing any harm, instead of spending so much of our energy bullying and sending deaths threats to people with any other differentiating opinion than ours?
